COURSE DESCRIPTION
This program will provide you with a guide to structuring and drafting for real estate development agreements. These complex agreements, involving lenders, investors, contractors and developers, must be carefully structured to anticipate delays and other setbacks, but also to reallocate risk. This program will cover stages of development, the expectations and interests of each set of parties, and documenting the series of transactions that go into development.
