COURSE DESCRIPTION
Establishing and terminating an attorney client relationship comes with ethical issues. The program will focus on ethical issues when engaging a client proper engagement letters and inadvertent engagements. The program will also discuss how and when an attorney may (and in some instances must) terminate an attorney-client relationship.
